Richard Hill is the founder of RHA Media and has over 20 years of experience in the not for profit sector at both agency and client side.


Richard previously worked at the RNIB in a strategic role for five years, where he was responsible for designing, implementing and delivering a range of individual giving strategies which focused on programme optimisation. He previously headed up a charities team at Experian, with clients ranging from PDSA and RSPB to East Anglia Children’s Hospice.

Jad Farhat is our Digital Marketing Director - From head of projects and events marketing across Europe and the USA, to Digital Marketing Director, Jad brings over 14 years’ of experience supporting SME’s and non-profits shape their digital strategy, deliver results and get to the next level of digital maturity. Having held various positions both in-house and agency side, he brings a wealth of experience in performance marketing and digital transformation.
